Consultation Information
A consultation MUST be scheduled for ALL Body Sculpting and Wellness services before receiving your first session. This is so we can determine which service fits our Clients best. All services must be booked on a separate appointment from the consultation to avoid conflict with scheduling; (Please refer to Client Information for Contraindications information). The consultation fee is a separate fee.
Refund, Late, Cancellation & No Show Policy
This policy has been established to help us serve you better. We always aim to provide excellent service to all of our Clients. In order to do so, we have a no refund, late arrival, cancellation and "no-show" policy in place. Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our schedules which cannot be filled without timely notice that prevent us from being able to accommodate other clients on our wait-list. By proceeding to book an appointment, you certify that you have read and understand all of the terms and policies, restrictions and information below:
BEFORE You Can Receive Treatment:
- Refrain from eating two hours prior to your Body Sculpting treatment
- Drink plenty of water before all treatments
- Stay away from dehydrating liquids such as coffee and alcohol
- You cannot be on your menstrual cycle when you receive treatment
- NO electrical devices: pacemakers, or metal implants, artificial hips, heart valves or dental plates
- NO Kidney or Liver disease, pregnant, Hypertriglyceridemia, Hypercholesterolemia or Cancer
- NO fresh tattoos or piercings
Refunds: No refunds will be given for any service rendered by Sculpting You Spa.
Late Arrivals: Please be on time as a $25.00 fee will be applied after you are ten minutes late. The appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes, whereas you will be charged for the full service. If you are running late, please be courteous enough to contact us as soon as possible at (205) 881-5005 to prevent your appointment from becoming recorded as a "no-show". Please note that although we may be able to hold your appointment and wait for you, your session time will be compromised (time reduced) due to other bookings scheduled back-to-back.
Cancellations & "No-Show" for Sessions: If rescheduling or cancellation is needed, a 24-hour notice must be made prior to the scheduled appointment day. Otherwise, a non-refundable $50.00 fee will be applied. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we will impose the following fees:
- Loss of treatment in your package
- Non-refundable payment
Add-on Services
Unfortunately, add-on services are not allowed unless booked via our website. Because services are by appointment only this will create conflict with scheduling and inconvenience for customers. We will try to accommodate if/when possible.
Please do not bring any additional individuals to your appointment as space is very limited to only accommodate scheduled Clients.
