Contraindications

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Radio Frequency (Skin Tightening):

• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Active cancer
• Acute bacterial and viral inflammations
• Sensory disturbances
• Metal implants in the area of the procedure
• Pacemaker
• Prone to bleedings from the gastrointestinal tract
• Epilepsy
• Breastfeeding
• Mental instability
• ANY type of blood thinner

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Ultrasonic Lipo-Cavitation:

• Broken blood vessels
• Skin diseases
• Neuralgia eye and trigeminal nerves
• Acute infectious diseases
• Dilated capillaries
• Tumors and postoperative period
• Recent med spa, peels, waxing and other skin treatments
• Pregnancy
• Tuberculosis
• Active cancer
• Breastfeeding
• Mental instability
• ANY type of blood thinner

You can have Ultrasonic Cavitation during your menstrual cycle, but it is recommended to avoid the abdomen as you will not see the same results due to bloating. (PLEASE CONSIDER RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT).

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of CryoSkin Slimming/Toning/Facial:

• Severe Raynaud’s Syndrome
• Severe Allergy to Cold
• Cold-related Illness (Cryoglobulinemia, Paroxysmal Cold Hemoglobinuria, Cold Agglutinin Disease)
• Progressive Diseases (MS, ALS, Parkinson’s, Neuropathy)
• Active Cancer
• HIV/AIDS
• Cardiovascular Disease or Lower Limb Ischemia
• Lymphatic Disorders
• Uncontrolled Diabetes or Diabetes-related complications
• Severe Kidney or Liver Disease
• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding
• Bacterial and viral infections of the skin
• Wound healing disorders
• Circulatory disorders
• Surgery in the past 6 months
• Pacemaker/metal implants
• Active/Severe Eczema, rashes, or dermatitis
• Use of topical antibiotics in desired treatment area
• Silicone/other implants in desired treatment area
• Mesh inserts in the desired treatment area
• Irremovable body piercings in the desired treatment area
• Incision scar(s) in the desired treatment area
• Open or infected wounds
• Impaired skin sensation
• Known sensitivity or allergy to propylene glycol
• Hernia in or adjacent to the treatment site
• Active implanted device such as pacemaker or defibrillator in or adjacent to desired treatment area
• Botox in the past 30 days
• Fillers in the past 90 days

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Ionic Foot Bath Detox:

• Have you had an organ removal? (especially the colon due to impaired ability to remove toxins from the body)
• Are you an Organ Transplant Recipient?
• Do you have a chronic recurring medical condition?
• Are you on an anti-seizure or anti-psychotic medication?
• Are you Pregnant?
• Do you have a Pacemaker or Electrical Device?
• Are you an Organ Transplant Recipient?

Relative Contraindications for Ionic Foot Bath Detox. (If you have anything in this section you may still receive a foot-bath- but please be cautious and follow the suggestions:

• If you are breastfeeding, please drink 2 liters of water daily for the next 7 days to help flush out the lymph system

Safety Precautions Prior to Ionic Foot Bath Detox:

• Be sure you have hydrated well before using Ionic Foot Bath Detox
• Individuals with low blood sugar should eat before a session
• Individuals with a metal joint implant may find the exposure to the electromagnetic field to be uncomfortable. If its discomforting; please stop session immediately
• Exit immediately if you become uncomfortable (dizzy or sleepy)
• Make sure you re-hydrate after your session

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation (EMS):

• Electrical implants (pacemakers)
• Pregnancy
• Serious diseases, bacterial infections or inflammatory processes
• Open skin wounds and eczema
• Sunburns and burns in general
• Skin intolerances
• Recent operations
• Thrombosis and thrombophlebitis
• Stents that have been active for less than six months
• Atherosclerosis, blood circulation problems
• Untreated high blood pressure
• Cardiac arrhythmias (other cardiovascular diseases)
• Bleeding disorders (hemophilia)
• Serious forms of diabetes mellitus
• Cancer or tumors
• Acute arthritis
• Neurological diseases and epilepsy
• Progressive muscular dystrophy
• Abdominal and inguinal hernias
• Undiagnosed back pain
• Internal organ diseases
• Kidney diseases 
• Edema (fluid retention)
• Lymphedema, varicose veins or if you take certain medications.

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Infrared Red Light Therapy:

• Impaired cutaneous thermal sensations
• Defective arterial cutaneous circulation
• Dermatitis or eczema
• Tumors
• Skin damage due to ionizing radiation
• Tuberculosis
• Photosensitivity
• Hyperesthesia
• Mental retardation
• Metal implant
• Fever

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Laser Hair Removal:

• Not for individuals under the age of 18. The effects of using the device in this age group are unknown;
• Not suitable for pregnant women, lactating women, women under menstrual periods, individuals with body scars, diabetes, fragile skin and light-sensitive skin;
• Individuals with severe heart disease, moderate to severe hypertension, malignant tumors, folliculitis, infections skin disease, burned skin and anticoagulant disorders are prohibited;
• Individuals with abnormal collagen metabolism, including history of scars and poor wound healing are prohibited;
• Individuals with vascular diseases are prohibited, such as vasodilation in and vasodilation in the irradiation site;
• Individuals with skin sensitive to light and prone to rashes or allergies are prohibited;
• Individuals with irritated area infected, herpes simplex, skin lesions and hematoma are prohibited;
• Individuals with suppressive immune response diseases (including HIV infection, Lupus Erythematous, Porphyria, etc,) are prohibited;
• Individuals with bleeding disorder are prohibited, and those who are using isotretinoin, fruit acid (AHA), salicylic acid (BHA) or azelaic acid are prohibited;
• Individuals taking Asprin drugs, immunosuppressive drugs and other drugs are prohibited individuals recently using light-sensitive drugs are prohibited (such astetracycline and sulfa).

If any one of the following apply, you may not be suitable for treatment of Red Light Therapy:

• Metastatic tumors, high fever, vasculitis compensatory insufficiency, active tuberculosis, acute soft tissue infections, pregnancy period, cleeding tendency, skin sensory disturbances, and skin allergies.
• Acute injury within 72 hours suffers are not allowed to use.
• Individuals with pacemakers, defibillators, or other electronic implants are prohibited to use.
• Do not use this device if your skin is light sensitive or or you are currently using medication that may cause skin sensitivity to light. Doing so may result in a photosensitive reaction.
• Contact your Doctor prior to using the device if you are or suspect you are taking medicine known to cause light sensitivity.
